What do we customize?

We offer customizing services on a number of surfaces and objects. Our lasers can engrave items made of:

  • Most woods (finished or plain)

  • Most metals

  • Some plastics

  • Cloth (results will vary)

From metal business cards to custom tumbler engraving, from door decorations to Christmas ornaments, we can make and customize a new item, or engrave something you already own.

We don’t know if your horse will love a new stall plate but you will! We can make door signs for your kids, pint glasses for a family reunion, and much more.

Did you see a laser-cut item on Etsy and get excited to buy it only to realize it was for a “digital file only”? Send us an email with a link, and we can get you an estimate to make that digital file something you can display in your home!

  • We can engrave something you already own - hourly rates and setup fees apply.

  • We’ve all been there - You’re surfing on Etsy and see one of those clever wooden puzzles, or an intricate mandala made of thin wood. The price seems too good to be true…it turns out that was just a digital file! No problem! Contact us with a link and we’ll give you options to turn that file into an amazing wall hanging or desk decoration.

  • We specialize in tumblers and drinkware. With advanced rotary tools from PiBurn and an RF laser for fine detail engraving, we can do custom engraving on most powdercoated tumblers and cups. Pint glasses, whiskey glasses, and most other glass items are also great choices to make a custom gift.

  • Our pricing is flexible. For any item you send us, we charge a $20 setup fee to configure the laser. The per-item fee will vary depending on the complexity of the design and the time it takes the laser to complete engraving, as well as any post-processing (cleaning/polishing) the item will require.

    Please note that this does not apply to items we sell on the website - for example, adding custom names to our pet tags is included in the existing price.
